FOR BUYER
We help list foreclosed homes with a company called resnet and agents can used this site to help their clients  search for properties that are "Pre Listed" or Listed on RESNET. View property details and send inquiries regarding the property and/or make an offer directly to the listing agent.


FOR SELLER
Agents can facilitate their short sale of your property through RES.NET.  Whether it's listing the property, ordering title and closing, or negotiating terms, the entire transaction process takes place in one centralized location that facilitates communication between all parties involved, All real estate consultants, Inc. has access therefore the new agent will have access!!!

In order to renew a real estate license, a salesperson/licensee must show proof of having completed continuing education courses totaling "8 hours for each year" of the renewal period for a total of 36 hours per the 4-year renewal period.  All licenses must be renewed every 4 years.  As of July 1,  2016, 3 of the 36 hours must cover license law. Note that-If a salesperson places his/her license on inactive status, the continuing education requirement need not be fulfilled while the license is "inactive".  However, if a salesperson license is inactive; to return the license to active status, the continuing education requirement for the "entire period that the license was inactive, must be met prior to reactivation of the license. 


Note that, licensees already actively licensed in Georgia by January 1, 1980 are exempt from this requirement.


When the new agent comes on board with All Real Estate Consultants, Inc they are automatically a member in FMLS and all agents will have FREE continuing education (CE) classes with membership in GAMLS; required.

WHAT ARE THE PAY STRUCTURES?


All Real Estate Consultants, Inc./A.R.E.C.I.,LLC  has four (4) pay

structures:


1- Net 70%


2- Net:95% plus $500.00/month; must be active and closing/funding 4 units per month and does not require assistance with transaction.


3- Net:50%/50% split with leads provided by company


4- Manager(s): Net 80% plus Net 10%/closed transaction of every agent they manage.


WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?


1- Consult with clients on how to sell or buy their property quick and for a good/reasonable price


2- Take clients on home tours 


3- Attend open houses 


4- Set up open houses


5- Advise clients buyer's or seller's, throughout the negotiation process to help them get the maximum value/price for their home/property


6- Study your/the local real estate community and be knowledgeable on current home sales


7- Maintain and update listings of your available properties in FMLS and MLS


8- Obtain and maintain exclusive listings of your own


9- Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale


10- Promote the best interest of your client (s) and this company


11- Attend sale/training meeting as required/requested from management


12- Other duties to close transaction


WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?


  1. Valid Real Estate License in the state of Georgia or the ability to obtain one quickly
  2. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  3. Ability to understand and present contracts
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to network to build a book of business/pipeline
  5. Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
  6. Working knowledge of microsoft office and applications 
  7. Working knowledge of social media
  8. Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
  9. Current criminal history report with 30 days
  10. Must have reliable and insured vehicle
  11. Must have cell phone with internet access
  12. Must have computer with security and printer
  13. Must be current on continuing education classes and provide proof 


WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION


The Corporate hours of operation are:


M-F 10am to 6pm

Sat    11am to 7pm

Sunday Appointment only


All agents will set their own schedule based on the clients they are working with.
